Jacky Teplitzky, a managing director at Prudential Douglas Elliman has expanded her operations in to Florida.
She has joined the state’s Douglas Elliman firm as an associate broker. Teplitzky will focus on Miami, where she has already conducted multiple deals, including transactions at Jade Ocean and Epic, two of the city’s top luxury developments.
“This is a strategic move,” Teplitzky said. “To continue to be successful in real estate, one must diversify and reach as many of those who are buying and selling as possible.”

The recovering housing market has sparked a series of expansions among three of the city’s leading boutique firms.
aptsandlofts, Heddings Property Group and Spire Group each announced plans for growth this week to meet the demands of new business.
The companies join the likes of Halstead, Prudential Douglas Elliman, Modern Spaces and Nest Seekers, which have all expanded their operations since the beginning of the year.

Comfort and convenience are selling points at the Citizen, a new 16-story condominium on 23rd Street from Anbau Enterprises.
The 29-unit building lies between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, blocks from a number of subway lines and halfway between the High Line and Madison Square Park.
