Colliers International announced that Joseph Harbert, a leader in the New York real estate market for more than 30 years, has joined Colliers International as the pPresident of its Eastern Region.
Harbert will report directly to Dylan Taylor, CEO of the US operations of Colliers International.

The last of Grand Central Terminal’s prized retail spaces will be offered later this month to potential restaurateurs.
In the run-up to the Terminal’s 2013 Centennial, MTA is making available the west side of Vanderbilt Hall for a casual sit-down eatery.
Also, an undeveloped space above the Terminal’s popular Grand Central Market will be available for the first time later this year for development as a restaurant and bar.
