Miami isn’t the only stage for fashion this summer. Preeminent New York City developer TF Cornerstone recently hosted a much buzzed about runway show with rising star swimwear designer Caitlin Kelly, as she debuted her inaugural collection before a crowd of 200 fashion icons and trendsetters. Held on the rooftop of the distinguished 2 Gold Street, TF Cornerstone’s 51-story tower in the Financial District, the sneak preview event kicked off the busy summer season.

More than 250 art enthusiasts graced the 60th floor penthouse at 400 Fifth Avenue, the luxury condominium tower atop The Setai Fifth Avenue, June 5 and 6 to celebrate art and make a difference in the fight against AIDS. The occasion was UNFRAMED 2012, an art auction and fundraiser for ACRIA (AIDS Community Research Initiative of America) that raised over $250,000 to support research, education and advocacy programs.

New York Giants two-time Super Bowl Champion and Pro Bowl defensive end Justin Tuck hosted his 4th Annual Tuck’s Celebrity Billiards Tournament Presented by RXR, a leading New York Tri-State real estate operating company, on Thursday, May 31st.

The fourth annual fundraiser was held at Slate NYC. The celebrity-packed competition featured over 30 stars vying for the title as part of an effort to support a fundraising initiative for the Pro Bowler’s major charity platform, Tuck’s R.U.S.H. for Literacy.
