Crescent Club, a luxury building in Long Island City developed by Meadow Partners and Simon Development Group, has launched a collection of 130 rentals with condo-style interiors and Manhattan skyline views.
Originally conceived as an upscale condominium, the 17-story brick and glass building located at 41-17 Crescent Street offers studio through three-bedroom apartments. Studios begin at $2,100 a month.
One-bedrooms are in the $2,600s, two-bedrooms in the $3,900s, and three-bedrooms in the $4,700s.
The Marketing Directors, Inc. was retained as the building’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.

When Alex Karalanian, a senior associate at Citi Habitats, was seven years old, he launched his first business venture — a marketing company called Ads, Etc — on his father’s computer. “I didn’t get any calls unfortunately, but it was a sign of things to come,” said Karalanian, a tri-lingual New Yorker who speaks Romanian and French as well as English. During high school, he worked as a door-to-door salesman and telemarketer in White Plains, New York. The son of a Romanian father and French mother, he was raised bilingual and spent summers vacationing in southern France, in an apartment overlooking the Mediterranean.
