Pitkin Theatre

Charter Realty & Development  has arranged a 10,890 square foot lease for Deals and a 989 square foot lease for Subway at the Pitkin Theatre Center located in Brooklyn, NY. Charter Realty co-broked with Ripco Real Estate on the Deals lease.

Formerly the Lowe’s Pitkin Theatre, the center underwent a $43 million re-development and its upper floors will be occupied by Ascend Charter School, bringing approximately 1,100 students and employees to the site daily. The site still has a 1,090 square foot space available and was redeveloped by POKO.

Deal$ is a growing company with over 180 stores located in shopping centers and malls throughout the United States. It sells a variety of national and private-label brands among department  stores.

Subway is one of the fastest growing franchises in the world with 37,000 restaurants in 100 countries and territories serving  made-to-order sandwiches and salads.
