American Development Group, LLC (ADG) has announced that Mozarts and Einsteins, a preschool of integrated arts and academics, has signed a new 10-year lease for 6,200 s/f of ground floor retail space at Park Union, the conversion of a historic, pre-war building into a luxury condominium development in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Steve Sunderland of Optimal Spaces served as the tenant’s broker for this transaction. The developer represented itself in the lease deal.

Transwestern’s Houston headquarters has announced that Chip Clarke has been promoted to a newly created position of president, Americas to advance growth at the commercial real estate services firm that initially includes a services expansion into Latin America.
Clarke directs Transwestern’s overall operations in North and South America, and he oversees the firm’s brokerage services and property management projects across the Americas. Clarke previously served as president of the Gulf Coast and Mountain regions.
