Levi has become the latest retailer drawn to the uber trendy Meatpacking District.
The Carlyle Group and SITT Asset Management, just announced The Levi Store has signed a long-term lease for 2,616 s/f at their 414 West 14th Street.
Both the landlord and tenant were represented by Laura Pomerantz, principal of PBS Real Estate and her team.

The Levi’s Store is scheduled to open in fall 2010. Neighboring retail tenants include the Apple store, Hugo Boss, Stella McCartney, and Puma, Diane Von Furstenberg, Scoop, Vince, and Tory Burch.
The newly reconstructed 414 West 14th Street currently has a remaining 3,741 s/f of retail space available on the ground plus possible availability on the above floors for additional retail presence.
A modern 60,000 s/f six-floor building, comprised of retail and commercial space, the building has a range of swanky amenities found in the historic district, making it particularly attractive to creative companies and their clients. Designed specifically for corporate functions and exclusive to 6th floor tenants is an expansive rooftop terrace.
