The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) announced that it has received the final submissions for its Retail Deal of the Year Awards, which annually recognize the most creative and significant New York City retail deals.
This year, REBNY members submitted nine transactions. The winners will be announced at the Retail Committee’s annual cocktail party on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at the 101 Club.
“We recognize the level of talent, ingenuity and effort demonstrated in the completion of these remarkable deals,” said Steven Spinola, REBNY President. “We commend all of this year’s exciting submissions and look forward to celebrating the winners of the Retail Deal of the Year Awards next month.”
Of the two awards presented on June 8th, one will honor the deal that most significantly benefited the Manhattan retail market. The other will recognize the most creative retail deal.
